Bigblock and I went out to eat tonight and then made a quick trip to WalMart. We finally make it home, and once again, I don't have my house keys. He comes to the door and I hold the screen door open while he unlocks the house door. Oh, I also grabbed me a handful of hot butt hehe.....
We finally get in the house and he's mumbling something that I can't hear. I put the groceries away and I'm still saying, "what did you say?" We're not exactly quiet around here..but we don't have any close neighbors.....
Bigblock says, "I didn't say anything."
Wunderwoman: "yes, you did, what did you say?"
Bigblock: "I said you were a sex maniac"
Wunderwoman: "Well hell, you've been yelling for years I don't put out enough and now that I want to, you call me a sex maniac!" "Fine that's it I'm done."
Bigblock: "No, no I like it."
I finish putting the groceries away while Bigblock goes into the bedroom to turn the TV on. I hear someone coming into the kitchen and turn around and .....
Oh Hell, it's Thing 2, he heard the whole thing....

Rainbow
Your rainbow is shaded brown and orange.
What is says about you: You are a deep thinking person. You appreciate a challenge. You feel closer to people when you understand their imperfections. Others are amazed at how you don't give up.
Find the colors of your rainbow at spacefem.com.

Anniversary
Today is my anniversary, no not wedding, it's been 2 years since I worked at the factory. Yes, I still miss seeing the people because let's face it, you usually spend more time with coworkers than your own family. I used to work 12 hours a day through the week and generally 6 on Saturday and 4.5 on Sunday. Today that would kill me. LOL
I always wanted to go to school and am grateful that I got the chance, but sometimes it's not exactly what I pictured.
I know I've been missing in action a lot lately, and I will try to get better, but life has a funny way of interfering with good intentions.
So, how is your life? Is it all you expected it would be? If you could change anything what would it be?

Random ruminations
Just wanted to drop in, say Hi! How are you doing? I'm busy, how 'bout yourself?
On a good note, well not to some but to me, I hear the skunks are out and about. I hear you asking, why is this something you're happy about? It's a sign that spring is on it's way here!! See, I believe they hibernate so when they start coming out, spring can't be too far away. What signs of spring do you look for each year? I don't know about yourself, but this winter seemed to last for.ever....
Looking out my front door I see a house that has been abandoned, and another right next to me. I hope the economy gets back on track soon and I get some decent neighbors. Do you have homes that are casualties of the times near you too? President Obama is signing the stimulus package tomorrow, I pray it helps;)
Oh, I have a question....does anyone know of a site to teach how to write in code? Such as for making the buttons on the sidebars? I really want to get involved in this, goodness I really need about 27 hours to a day LOL

I'M BAD
Before I start, I want to tell everyone I didn't do this deliberately. And please don't do as I've done (not done) whatever....
Now, for what I've done, might be better to say what I HAVEN'T done. I came home from doing a little shopping today and as usual Thing 2 was on the computer. He asked what all I brought home and I told him, then I said, "I brought something special! I brought home DILLY BARS!!!" Thing 2 says what is a "dilly bar?" Oh my goodness, can you believe I've let him get grown on me and never fed him a dilly bar? That is just unAmerican!!
So he goes and gets them out of the freezer, then wants to know why they are different colors! I've ruined my son's life!! I had them put together a mixed box for me, can you believe they don't have them already packaged? I got 3 chocolate, 2 butterscotch, and 1 cherry. Can you remember eating these as a kid? I can and isn't it just amazing that it takes you right back to feeling like a kid when you eat something from that era?
So what have you been delinquent in sharing with your kids that you used to eat as a child?

Book Review
Welcome!! This is the day you've been waiting for, oh you say you haven't, well just wait a minute and you might. Barrie and a whole slew of us have started doing book reviews. So, every first Wednesday of the month you'll find recommendations for must read books. Without further ado, get yourself a nice cup of joe and a comfortable seat and enjoy!!
I am reviewing Johnny Angel by Danielle Steel. I realize this is one of her old books, but think of something that has stood the test of time, and this book should be on your list, it is mine. It's the story of a mother's worst nightmare, one of her children dying. Johnny is just seventeen and a star athlete and valedictorian. All of this is taken away on prom night and a grief stricken family is forced to carry on. But a wondrous thing happens, Johnny suddenly appears to the two people that need him most, leading them and others out of their grief. This is a story of loving and letting go, hope and second chances. I hope you will take a few minutes to read this book I don't think you'll be disappointed. Warning though, have tissues nearby.
That's the end of my review, now go check out the others! I know you'll find one or two or maybe more you want to read. I'll see you next month with a new review, but I'll be seeing you before that here so stop back again to find out what's going on.
